I can't Confirm & Pay MY ORDER !

    Hello !


    I can not place an order!

    After pressing the "Confirm & Pay" button, the address verification window pops up (in the picture). I press the button "Save" - again I find myself on the order page. Again, press the button "Confirm & Pay" - again the window confirming the address comes out and so on in a circle !!! Please correct the problem. Thank !


    My account login on DX is "pineapple3".

    Please edit/remove your personal info. It's not allowed plus it's a very bad idea because this is public forum. 


    Use the pencil icon (lower right corner) to edit the post.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    My NAME (only name !) is not confidencial !


    My ZIP code is not confidencial !


    My Address without street and house is not confidencial.


    My DX login name is not confidencial (It is listed at the top of each message).

    For example your logins is gasbag11 and ozOzo.


    ALL my confidential data I have hidden.


    Can you explain something on this issue ?

    it's a known bug.

    it happens when there is any comma "," dot "." or slash "/" in the address field.

    too bad the DX's sitemakers refuse to fix this for no reason... =(

    Alisa-Deng says that it has been fixed.  I'm experiencing the exact same problem and was about to give up on DX entirely.  If your site doesn't like an address, don't just keep looping back to the top.


    The old site actually WORKED.  Why switch to a system that DOESN'T let s customer actually buy stuff???
