Phone ordered September 12th: no trace yet.

    I ordered a phone at september 12th and i have still not;

    a. gotten it yet

    b. gotten a working tracking number yet

    c. gotten any sort of effecting or reassuring help from dx staff.


    the only thing i have got is a receipt for paying for the phone, not that it does me any good. 


    how will dx fix this. (and why is your so called live chat not working?)
