By "APAC", I take it you are referring to the China version. GSMArena describe two versions, "Global" and "China", this is the China version.  https://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_7_plus-9058.php

Surprisingly, the Chinese version has Band 4, which makes it suitable for USA, Canada and Argentina, whereas the Global version does not.

Earbuds are not mentioned in the overview so I would not expect them to be supplied. Do any phones come with earphones nowadays? Whatever... I'd hardly call that a deal-breaker. The charger will probably come with a Euro (two round pin) plug but if that doesn't suit for you, adaptors are about $1.20.

@Alisa-Deng can you please provide answers to the above two items as the details in the overview, as with so many items, are sadly lacking.

Thanks for the answer @ozOzo. I asked about APAC version because it exists on DX and is more expensive than that version I cited in this post. Because this fact I have doubts.

On Review's Nokia 7 plus I saw earphones into the box, but how it is not mentioned I will not expect one. I'll wait for @Alisa-Deng too.

I had a look at the list of bands on GSM Arena (coincidently I had a look at the Nokia 7 Plus specs there a month or so ago), and the "China" version supports all the 4G bands the "Global" version does plus several more. Are the models listed there the wrong way around?

This phone appears to be the one GSM Arena calls the "China" version.
