There arent any Responsible? Tickets still pending

    Hello Dear moderators.

    I didnt recieve my item. There are no uptade since 06.11.2018 from tracking. I have raise ticket  ''FA20994D0A134E429F47BC619B9F34A5'' but there are no response since 06.11.2018. I tried to call your customer service but line is just ringing and no answer . What should I do for getting answer for my problem? I contact with local post office in turkey but they said they didnt recieve anything with releated track number. Really are there any responsible for care customers problem? I couldnt find anyone for speak up for my problem. 19.10.2018 to 20.11.2018 really long time to recieve my item. I m waiting your answer or resolving these issue.

    181018001096399525 numbered order 522165. Since the product I bought from you was included in the list of banned products, it was not introduced into the Turkey by the customs. I want to start refund process. But my order is to old and you were change your system. I have got invoince and tracking number. as I saw my order is sending back to malaysia via turkish custom. I want to start refund process. I have send more than 1000 times messages from dx messages and facebook etc. I just want someone help me about it.

    My order is under old issues. I send more than 13 messages. All messages are pending under feesback unanswered status. I just want to start RMA process. This is pending more than 4 months please help me to fix it.
