No ticket response for nearly 2 month!

    I've never got my goods and the tracking number doesn't exist.

    So I opened a ticket on 2018/9/18. They responded a day after and we wrote several lines about the problem and possible solutions. They said that if I doesn't get the goods within another 2 weeks they will refund me.

    On 2018/10/11 I asked what my options are but didn't get an answer.

    On 2018/10/25 I wrote that I'll take the refund - no answer

    Last time I wrote a line was on 2018/11/9 - still no answer....


    I hope that someone read this lines and can help me, cause I ordered a phone with about 260$ and that's too much for me to just forget about it.

    interesting, almost the same for me. I had a DOA, and have an agreement that they should refund me. But no refund. No answers, althoungh reminders for two months.    Ticket: 3CECB3D4799548E49978B55130C92D38

    Ok, they replied yesterday - thanks Alisa.

    They said that my package was abnormal and they will contact their warehouse. It may take another week for this answering....


    The journey goes on....

    Update:

    after their reply on 2018/11/25 i waited until 2018/12/5 to ask if there were any news in my case.

    On 2018/12/8 i got the info that have requested their logistic team and post office to further investigate the issue. And if nothing changes I shoud contact them after one week again.


    Needless to say that I'm peeved.

    So another weeks is over. I just asked them kindly to refund me as mentioned on 2018/9/27.

    Let's see what will happen.
