Haven't received a package, no response on ticket

    Hello DX Team,

    I have an order from 11.09, meant to be shipped on 27.09.

    The order number is 180911001052527183.

    Tracking does not work (tracking number seems to be wrong).

    Ticket created on 28.10, still no response.

    Contacting via chat or phone does not work either.

    Would appreciate some feedback very much! Thank you in advance

    Hi Alisa, thank you for the link!

    The information there is not very detailed. Can you confirm the shop received the package back or clear the current package location with China Post? The statement about wrong address looks suspicious as well - I paid with PayPal and provided definitely a right address. Thank you in advance

    I already checked the reply and answered, before the last post. The mentioned reply does not provide any useful information and does not answer any of the questions from the ticket.

    I have requested the post to check this package via offline methods, as you know, it will take time to process. So please give it 1 week, we will update you as soon as we get confirmation from the post office. Please don't worry, we will try our best to solve  your problem.

    I don't worry, I just think, it took already too long. I 've been already asked to wait an additional 2-3 weeks couple of times. So now I think it is time for a refund.
