Just a few days ago I saw a post where someone was wondering when DX is going to fix the bugs on its site. I was going to reply that DX doesn't fix bugs, it just waits a while then redesigns the site, breaking a whole bunch of stuff in the process and introducing a whole bunch of new bugs. Eventually enough of the bugs get fixed sufficiently for basic functionality to return, but we realise that DX has removed a whole bunch of features in the process. Rinse, repeat.
At least I can post again.

I'm logged in to the forum and can get into some of my account, but as soon as I try to view my cart, it takes me to the new site and I cant log in.
I even tried changing my password, but that makes no difference.

To be fair, many things have returned that were missing yesterday, like my account info, wishlist items, reviews etc. Maybe a few more days might be needed to sort most of it. I guess we'll see.

Forgot to mention that when I tried to login to the new site last night, I couldn't until I checked my account settings. My birthday wasn't filled in plus it said I was in Afghanistan. When I corrected them I was able to log in to the new site.

It's not obvious to me how to raise a ticket against an order. Is this something that is missing due to the deployment? If not, can someone give me instructions please? There are still a lot of 500s on the site, but I don't know what was there previously (e.g. whether the ticket-raising part has gone walkabout).

This really sucks. I'm not signed in on the DX site, and a number of really important products have gone, with just 404 errors remaining. Why!?
