    Hi, yes, it's not me that raised it, rather @Kaiquem and @catalysist, but yesm, I inadvertently added the . in the URL. Works fine without.

    Every so often DX tries to drive its remaining customers away by breaking all sorts of things on the site. This latest "site upgrade" is just the latest example, and is not unusual for DX. Why does DX do this?

    The subdomain my.dx.com is the one that totally screwed up cookies a few weeks back. I've been telling various people since then they have to delete their cookies to get things working again. But DX is now using it as the subdomain for customer accounts, not just something for having a quick look at to see how things don't work (and then getting annoyed because things continue to not work because of the cookies it has left behind). Sadly this stupidity is normal for DX.

    Unable to log into the Internet site through mij PC and laptop with with
    name and password from my password vault since November 29 (CEST),
    whereas it is possible through the mobile site.
    Mobile site shows "server busy" on most menu dropdowns, though.


    EDIT:
    This message of course proves I am logged in, but the header ("Login or Join Free") disagrees, as does e.g. https://my.dx.com/MyOrders/Index in   "My account", "Whis List" and "Address Book".

    The pictures that you are showign are Inacurate in that there is NOTHING like them in the current layout of the Myorders tab. Current system orders/ old system orders was a feature of the previous website design. Currently i see "Historical orders" to the right of "My orders" but when i click on it the site gets all messed up and i see some of the orders

    It seems I can no longer manage forum subscriptions, but I can't tell if all the lack of functionality is a design feature or yet another bug.


    Why does DX keep breaking its site? Does one of the bosses actually work for a competitor?

    @Alisa-Deng, DX tells me my order was fully shipped 13 days ago and a
    tracking number has been provided, but so far, it doesn't show any
    updates and I can't track it. Since I find no way to open a ticket
    anymore, can you please check my order? It's order
    number 181113001034084317.
