Lost all of my orders + shipping bug?

    After the new system upgrade a few days ago, my previous orders are nowhere to be found. I have two pending orders that have supposedly been shipped already, but I have no way to access them here. These orders are 181119001040163671 and 181117001037517735.

    Also, I made a third order *after* the system upgrade (181128100182665188), and unlike my previous experiences with the site, the shipment for each and every item was added to the final price, instead of charging the price for a single, standard shipment. I prefer to wait and receive all my items in a single shipment, instead of shipping the available ones right away, but this option was also nowhere to be found. Is this a bug? Or did DX change its policies? I ended up paying almost $40 for shipping 8 items with a single order. It's the first time this happens to me.

    It has also been troublesome to log in to the forums, customer services and the site itself.

    a bunch of issues are still outstanding, right now i found another one, at the top it has 'Log in or join free' even though i'm already logged in!

    after this much upgrading of system you should check you are on right domain and it might help to clear cookies before logging in again

    It seems that hole system is reset.

    No old orders, tickets.affiliates.

    Try this. It worked for me.

    Hover over "My Account" at the top of the page, then click on "My Profile" in the dropdown. Check that your details are correct. My birthday was missing and when I added it, my account was back to normal. Mostly. I still can't fill in the "Country" or "Gender" boxes. 

    Btw, you need to use the year > month > day format or it won't accept it.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    By the way, is there any reason why the shipment status for the tracking numbers given for these very same orders has not been updated yet? These are the tracking numbers for my current orders:

    RS201809485CH --> Order 181119001040163671 (shipped on November 21st)

    RS201809655CH --> Order 181117001037517735 (shipped on November 28th)

    More than a week has passed since both orders were shipped and 17track.net reports that none of the tracking numbers can be found. I don't remember having this kind of problem with any of my previous orders.

    Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    The shipment status for the order I placed under the new system already changed, even though I placed the older ones almost 10 days before. Why is this happening?
