Where is the stuff I ordered

    Hi,

    I placed and payed for an Arduino starter kit. But never received anything. It started nicely with a mail saying it will be shipped. Than another mail stating they will change shipper since they couldn't get it through customs. After that the new trackingnumber has been idle for agese. No change no update. Can anyone tell me what is goling on? Customeer serevice has been MIA too. What the hell DX?

    Hi Alisa I am trying to find outwhere my pavkage has stranded cause it is stuck somewhere. All i know is that the status of the tracking number hasn’t changed in days. And there is no update from the shipper why it is stuck if it is stuck and what needs to be done so that the delivery can be made. My ordernumber is 181117001037904694. I hope you can give me more information on the whereabouts of my order. Thanks

    @Alisa-Deng thanks for the link. I have looked up my order it says full shipment, but i have not received any package. Is there a way to still get my order sent to me or at least get a refund? Thanks
