missing items, unable to view ticket page

    Hi, I placed an order back in early october and when i received it early november some items had gone missing during shipping due to the unsuitable packaging used (those flimsy yellow soft paper envelopes).


    I started a support ticket and on the 9th of november i received a response asking for more information which i sent right away, but I have had no reply since, and now every time I try to view the ticket page I get a server 500 error and the page won't display.

    So I am now unable to pull up my ticket number as well.

    How can I find out what is happening with my ticket status/missing items?
