Shippments not arriving

    I still haven't received products being shipped on the end of the October.

    I submitted tickets after 30 days. Tickets were in status "waiting for the stuff" for more than a week only to disappear lately.

    Is there any way to contact dx stuff and find out what to do about those orders?

    I was loyal customer for 10 years (maybe more) and was always satisfied with dx. However, those last events make me think if I should keep buying stuff from dx any more.

    Hello, just a update:

    I received order 181022001099879171 which was shipped on October 23rd (after 40 days) but still haven't received order 181012001088589848 which was shipped on October 14th (50+ days and counting)
