MY order is still in "Shipment Processing" heeelp

    My  order 181128100132532748 that actually says 9998 items of the SKU availyble and MVRP 24hrs is STILL in Shipment Processing mode, my questions and Support tickets don't change anything! I ordered that because it said 4-7 days shipment and 24hrs MVRP. Also the shipping costs are wuite high, when will this item finally be shipped? Will it arrive until christmas??

    Please help!

    I have more or less the same question about ordernumber 181202100136029744.

    It also states 9998 items in stock, delivery time in 4-7 days and paid e17,- for the shipment.


    Can you check if the package will arrive before Christmas?

    Is it possible you can check what is the status of order 190114100156378079?

    All items were MVP and nothing is shipped yet. Additionally, I did not receive feedback from DX to the message I send a couple of days ago.

    Thank you for your response. My order wasn't sent and somehow its now closed. I don't understand what happened. I sent informations for refund through "contact us" by no reply. Contact made over a week ago. Help me please. Thanks
