    What is the shipment date in your account? It can take a week or more for tracking numbers to start working/updating.

    Shipping date 29 november 2018.

    Tracking number not correct, must be 9 digits, but in the code 10 digits ???

    gasbag11, in your own My Orders page do you see the dark blue-grey banner shown in Alisa's screen pic? I don't.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    In my personal account I do not see my old orders, a blank page.
    The site also works incorrectly, languages do not switch correctly and constantly
    Login is required.

    I checked the tracking code that you sent me by email on special sites
    parcel tracking and there I see the message - This Order appears to be invalid - DX2018062837RU (10 digits)

    I will wait for the correction of your error for another 3 days, if the parcel is not tracked, I will ask for a refund

    In the Opera browser, the site does not work correctly (does not remember the login password, does not switch languages).
    In Firefox Browser, I saw the history of old orders, everything works correctly.
    Check your site in different browsers so that there are no problems for buyers.

    Only if I log in on the home page, but that screws up/loses a lot of info in my account.


    When I log in on the forum page, I see everything the same as it was for the last several years, and all my info is correct.
