Unsubscribe / deleting an account

  • evrenc Monday, December 10, 2018 9:39 PM Reply

Even if I don't subscribe any of the mailing list, I've been constantly getting emails from DX. I've been trying to unsubscribe (clicking the link in emails) but since there is no subscription, I cannot succeed.

Please! Unsubscribe me. If you couldn't do that, change my email address (please message me and I'll give you a new email address). And again, if you couldn't do that either, please delete my account somehow.

I don't want to block your emails so please help me.

I have the same problem. I keep receiving newsletters from DX and if I click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail ( http://link.e.dx.com/r/link/1e9f1II80a3ca885II25bd2II7ee9e6II80a3ca886II5 ) it takes me to a web page with ERROR 404 ( https://www.dx.com/newsletters/Unsubscribe?utm_source=dx&utm_medium=edm&utm_campaign=en201812subscribersedm ). So I can't do anything to stop getting DX spam! There is no way to contact them. I also can't find any profile menu where I could un-tick / un-check / disable any newsletter options. What a shady company! Typical for China.

    E-mail sent in private message.

I also want to add that DX system seems very broken and inconsistent. While I was desperately trying everything to get DX spam off my back, I clicked on "Subscribe" to DX "e-mails Recommendations". When I did that, this error appeared:

When browsing Customer Service pages, I tried to follow the steps under "How do I remove my email address from your mailing list?" only to realize the menus don't really match reality ("Account" / "Email Notifications" buttons / links don't exist for me):

Plus of course the previously mentioned non-working (error 404) pages linked from the spam e-mails received from DX.

So yeah, it appears that nothing much works as it should around here which is rather disturbing.

We have found your email information, we have asked the relevant staff to manually cancel the subscription, you can confirm what I said after one week. No more emails will be sent to you in the future.
