Guys, you have to fix these Issues with login ASAP!!

I can't log in, since apparently I already AM logged in, but my shopping cart says:

'Your shopping cart is empty. Start shopping now!'

    Start shopping now! - Haha!

I would, if only I could! You actively prevent people from shopping!

For some reason, every "upgrade" DX has made to its site in the last few years has made it harder to shop on the site. It's a complete mystery why.

I think the site has been sold or taken over by someone else... ready for closure

It doesn't save your country money as default

    It has log in probs

It has products that now don't exist

It has shipping charges now... never had before

It is surely a new owner.

Dana, those are bugs typical of what happens every time DX makes an "upgrade". Things break. Eventually many of the bugs get fixed and those things start working again, but for each "upgrade" some site features get lost.

DX charged separately for shipping when it first started almost 12 years ago, so that's not new either. DX changed to including shipping in prices because it was more practical, and customers strongly preferred it. The present complaints make it clear that customers haven't changed, and it's hard to believe it's more practical now.

To explain the long history of faulty "upgrades" someone not long ago suggested DX has been owned for many years by the owner of a competitor. It explains more than does your idea that DX was recently sold. However, a longer-lasting theory is that DX management is simply incompetent. Throw in a good dose of Chinese culture, which decrees workers are not allowed to point out errors by their superiors, and it explains everything.

Never assume conspiracy when incompetence will do.

    Remembering 30 years.
