Unable to place an order from the Netherlands

    I cannot place any order because the postalcode in the Netherlands consist of digits and letters
    for example '1234 AB'

    This is no longer accepted as valid postal code.

    The check is too strict.

    Also when the last name consists of more than 1 part it is rejected.

    It is a pity because i am a long time customer but no longer able to place any order

    When I try to update my shipping address the form. still complaints that my postal code is invalid.

    The script. checking the form. fields is too strict.

    I discovered that my correct Dutch postal code 9421RW is no longer accepted. So it'sno longer possible to order on the DX-website!

    I used it often and it worked perfect. On the site there's no possibility to get help!

    Please renew your list of Dutch postal codes !!!!

    I had the same issue and Im in the UK, Im sure I fixed it by deleting all DX's cookies and it worked after that. 

    I also had a similar problem with the logins constantly, and deleting the cookies fixed it again, but it keeps happening again and again though :/

    I treid with an other web browser, that I didb't use before to visit the DX website. So no cookies to delete....
