Order charged after it was cancelled

    Order 181122001043518599 was charged after cancelment and I can´t open a ticket to ask for a refund.

    I never received an email for this order.

    I created a new one and the cellphone is already here.

    In the payment tab for the order it states that the refund succeed. But it doesn't show on my statements yet. Can I have the authentication number so I can contact my credit card provider?

    It usually needs 7 to 14 working days for your bank or credit establishment to process the refund. Please kindly note that you are encouraged to contact the card issuing bank to find out if the credit refund has been affected.
