Unable to file a complaint

    I haven't recieve mij order which was shipped on 25-11-2018 17:52:27.

    I want to file a complaint but if I go to the ticjket center I cannot create a ticket and I have to log in again??

    Do you have a e-mail adres which i can reach you.

    In this post http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1486111  a staff member links to a page (a DX product Collection page, weirdly)
    which says the ticket system has been abandoned because it was so far
    behind. DX no longer believes in making anything easy for its customers.

    Remembering 30 years.
