DX not responding to enq after item arrived mashed

    So DX.

    I have attempted to enquire with you 

    - over your message seller system - 9 days and no response (admittedly first enquiry was about late postage - and that the tracking system refused to work in 5 browsers on two different devices - error message provided)

    - over your facebook chat. Response was to the wrong (not asked) question and then went back to silence when I advised this.

    - over a facebook comment on your wall. It seems since then the operator of your facebook has removed the comments of myself and anyone else asking where their stuff was or why there was no reply to their enquiry - AND REMOVED THEIR ABILITY TO COMMENT FURTHER OR TO SEND A FACEBOOK CHAT MESSAGE ALSO. We were being perfectly reasonable also, not insulting or such.

    This seems awfully sad for a company that claims to have 24/7 "extreme" customer service that responds within a day.

    So back to what is wrong.

    Item turned up well past advised shipping time (I paid for shipping and all) and turned up mashed into inoperation. Circuit boards are visible from outside the item and

    I have had no response. Please respond.

    You should be able to see who I am as this uses the same login as dealextreme itself

    Also - your contact method is unwieldy and confused by listing rights complaints etc on the page a customer is trying to make simple enquires via. And the contact methods are .. limited and probably not current in your help pages.

    Even this forum was difficult to use and claimed I was not logged in after I entered the post etc.

    Very unwieldy and poorly implemented / hard to use - making it hard to ask a simple question regarding a product is not good customer service

    Please note that all attempts to lodge a query ticket or such just redirect to your page: https://help.dx.com/

    Which is less than helpful as the only contact method it then advises 

    only one option for a product purchaser being asking via the order - which I did first 9 days ago with no response at all since.

    (https://help.dx.com/Customer/index.html then "message dx" ... "dispute zone" also directs to the same page - which is https://home.dx.com/ReportsCenter/submitList ) 
    Or the facebook - which I have also tried....

    https://cs.dx.com/ticket/index redirects to help.dx.com

    To even find that this forum is considered a contact method I had to note the wording on the facebook "list of claims about how great dx is" page, then google it. It was not linked on the contact page.
