Malta Postal Codes broken

  • felic Sunday, January 06, 2019 7:55 PM Reply

Trying to order from Malta. Keeps on complaining regarding the postcode "please enter a zip/postal code". I used to use
the same address before. Tried checking out with paypal, but dx.com popup window comes up complaining again about the postcode. Tried even defining a new address. Still with the same issue. the address and postcode are valid. cannot place orders anymore.

Does your postcode have numbers and letters? Customers from the Netherlands could not buy because DX would only allow numbers in the postcode.

DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
by the person who wrote the review.

Maybe you should change the Subject of this thread to "Malta Postal Codes broken" (using the pencil at the bottom right of the first post above).
