Difficulty opening ticket

    Please DX help me with my order no 181123001046333 932 from the historical order. The order is said to have been shipped since but no change on its status and every effort to open ticket not successful. It is taking me back to message in your new upgrade which is different from system in the historical order. Please come to my aid what has happened to the order and how can I open ticket for the historical order that is having issues.I place the order since November 24 2018

    Please help me with my order no 181127001051056345 from the historical order: one item is defective, but tickets cannot be opened for historical orders. Another issue is about historical points: I have 12 points in the old site, but the new site shows only 9 (3 points were pending, they were added recently in the old site, but have not appeared in the new one).

    Hello,

    Please up till now nothing has been done with my order. You promised to get me feedback in one week but it is more than a month now and I have not heard anything. If my order was returned can it be resend or i get refund. Please I cannot contact suppliers directly as this was in historical order because that is what your people has been telling me in response to several mesages I have sent. My order number again is 181123001046333932 which was placed since november last year. Please help me do something. This is not fair

    For your order issue, I have ask our SC open a new ticket to contact you, please check your mail box later.

    For your points, 12 points was in the old station you got, it will not add to your points you got in the new station, and 9 points was in the new station you got.
