Defective item nb. 427366

    In order nr. 181125001048616897 the item nr. 427366 (Lightweight Wireless Bluetooth V4.1 In-Ear Earphones - Black + Red) is not working. While charging everything works but when unplugged they are not working. What to do....Regards, Tadej
