Item not received. Resend or refund

    Dears,


    Part of my order 181005001080106021 was returned by the local post office - the item 1 on "Shipments and Tracking", the "Sku:537811". The track number is RX623236350CH.

    I hope you send the item again or refund on my credit card.

    you need to notify DX staff which one you want, to send item again or refund, in a ticket or here, how else will DX know?
