    what on earth is going on with DX


    Nothing works

    No email facily

    chat is NEVER open

    CS does not work 

    Feedback does not work

    a message of order place late October still missing (written in early December ) is still UNREAD?????!!!!!?!?!?!?!! 


    Have you completely lost your plot?????

    I'm so fed up.

    it seems that on the new site the Client Service is a complete mess! You cannot write a simple message, others are out of scope. If you are lucky to receive an answer, it will send you to the begining of the mess, so no help at all!

    I wrote also a lot of messages on order that never arrived, and i have no answer for it!

    I think we lost our money and don't give a Sh#T!!! There are lots of people buying so, they don't care about us!

    Temos que dar um jeito de parar este site, eles estão brincando com a cara do consumidor. Cada dia mais pessoas comprando e recebendo produtos defeituosos. Eu vou acionar a justiça do meu país e informar o que aconteceu comigo.


    Eu comprei um celular e veio com defeito, mas nos tickets que eles me responderam que sempre me dar alguma solução. quando vão entender que veio com defeito? Eu só quero meu dinheiro de volta.

    @Alisa-Deng Infelizmente não estou conseguindo responder o ticjet, depois da mudança no site eu pedi meu acesso ao ticket. No meu painel de usuário não consta nada: nenhuma compra nenhum ticket. Quando eu Clico em ordem historica aí sim aparece minha ordem do smartphone que comprei, porem quando eu Clico em ticket volta para página de login, Clico em acessar a conta e vai novamente a tela onde eu Clico em ticket retornando para a tela de login, ficando nesse ciclo. Ou seja, eu não tenho acesso ao ticket. Então meu lado preciso de um smartphone funcionando ou meu dinheiro de volta. Eu nunca utilizei o smartphone. Já veio com esse defeito, agora nem ligar liga mais. Desde já agradeço.
