70+ days delay package delivery - ESCALATION REQ

    My package was supposed to arrive by the 12th of November the latest. 
    71 later no package arrived. 
    I opened a ticket 61 days ago and yet there has been no resolution.
    I kept sending messages asking for updates but in the past 20 days there has been no reply whatsoever


    I WANT AN ESCALATION.


    I have the tracking numbers for my order (order number: 181025001013566159) but they are tracking numbers from China and Malaysia to The Netherlands, so they are useless in Amsterdam (tracking numbers: LP505393532MY, RP073926285CN).
    You've asked me to wait, and I waited over 70 days.
    You've asked me to ask at the local post office if they had the packets, and I did two times. They told me that the tracking numbers I had were not valid in the Netherlands and that anyways there was no packet for my home address.
    You said you would reach out the china post office to "to track this package via offline methods" over a month ago now, still no news from you. 

    It's been over 70 days now. 70 DAYS DELAY. 


    It feels like you are toying with this situation and you're not taking this seriously.
    It is getting ridiculous.

    Can either one of you do something here or are you only having a laugh over this whole situation???

    I getting really pissed.
    I'm really starting to think that @finnali is right. I'm definitely never gonna do business with you ever again, unless you fix this.

    9 days went by and still nothing, once again. I am going to the police with this. I kept a copy of all the conversation we had, even the messages you deleted (as you can see from this screenshot), and I am printing it all out now. You have today to process the refund, or I'm going to the police tomorrow.
