My order don't show in 'My Order'

    My order number: 1810010010751834 don't show in 'My Order' menu, because this i is not possible open a ticket about the order. When i click in 'Historical Order' the system redirect me to old system and show my order but i isn't possible open ticket in old system. My product was lost or stolen on the way here (this is what the tracking system accuses).

    the order you mentioned is belong to your old order, it is in your old order history. Please go on with the below link to check your order detail:
