what's going on with DX??????

    Stuck for weeks on Shipment Processing

    No replies from DX on my messages

    I would like to cancel the order and get refunded!

    Bought many things on DX for many years, but the service was good in the past, not it's not existing

    Please get back to me ASAP

    Well, they seemed to get really overloaded with tickets and then the new site was ready, so they put lots of effort into fixing all the bugs that came along with that!

    There seems to be a big shortage of staff for answering tickets, and the new way of contacting them isn't great, I have been waiting 5 weeks for a reply to a wrong item they sent!


    To top it all off nicely, it is now Chinese New Year and most of China are on holiday for a week or two!


    I would hope that DX gets itself sorted at some point, but how long it will take, is anybodys guess.

    It was May 2018 that ticket delays hit one month. They really haven't improved since then.

    And yet we haven't seen much in the way of results of any effort, let alone lots of effort. There is no sign of things improving. There were some small tweaks that meant the site was not quite as broken as it was, but it is still essentially broken, and has been since the end of November.

    Remembering 30 years.
