Cannot order

    Hi, 

    When ordering I get the following error message: "As your order is being sent from overseas, please enter a shipping address using only English letters.".

    My address does not contain any english letters and is the same address used for many years.

    I have even tried deleting all addresses and the error message still says the same before entering anything.

    Please fix this asap as I need to order now.

    Have you looked at any of the forum threads here lately? Many customers are complaining that their orders haven't been shipped after a month or more, orders haven't arrived for longer then that, and customer service also takes a month or more for a reply. 


    DX (and most of China) will be on holiday till next week. If you order from here, I'd suggest being prepared for a long wait.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    I got that message recently, as everything was in English anyway, I just ignored it and it worked fine!

    Got the same message, but the address is not changed and used for many years.

    And there is a green check next to is, so I assume it's correct.

    But... cannot proceed with payment.

    Think it's a bug, DX should look in to this problem...!
