MY order is still in "Shipment Processing"

    You're not the only one. It has been over a month and my order is still in processing. Even the items that are supposed to ship in 24 hours. You can't cancel an order unless the seller agrees. Why should he agree, he already has your money. The new No partial shipment rule means that all items must be received before they ship the order. You can't cancel the back ordered items Because

    they don't tell you what they are. Any futur orders I make will be 2 or 3 items at a time.

    Terrible thing! first I tought that was because the chinese new year, but even after that they didn't send my product or answer my complains!

    And when I say after that, was after 10th day, because they back to work only February 11th 

    Really sad, DX was a great store to buy online.

    Same problems with #190130100122815429 and #190126100154526485. 

    And no one answers. This is ridiculous. Is there any way other way to contact them?
