not receive my order

    I placed an order N ° 181221100142406230 on December 21, 2018. I have been waiting for 2 months and I still have not received my order. I left six messages to the seller and I did not get an answer. I needed the material and had to order again. I have the impression that I would have lost my money. What do you think? Does somebody have an idea.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. Placed an order on Dec. 10, 2018 and have not received any information why it is delayed.

    I did sent a first mail mid-January, a second one at the end of January and third last friday.

    On of these mails were answered.

    The order number is 181220100192292830


    So far I never had a bad experience with DealExtreme, but now I'm wondering what is going on.

    Same here.


    My order (181208100197142149) seems to be lost.


    My messages on the order page are just ignored.


    I have been a loyal DX customer for over 10 years, but now I am seriously pissed off by the service! :-(


    It seems you could just lose your money dealing with now days DX...
