Two orders that did not arrive

    I have two orders that were bought in the old system, numbers 181106001026204228 and 181106001026190679, both have already passed 90 days and have not arrived. I'm having a hard time opening the refund dispute because these orders are from the old system.

    for the  order 181106001026204228, if possible, could you please first check with your local post office to see if there are any packages waiting for you to pick up andplease let us know?

    the dealextreme's own tracking site says the order has expired. The post office in Brazil reported that the product was returned to the country of origin.
