    Nobody has replied to late "Shipment Processing" issue recently

    My Order too has not shipped.  I trust them with my money though.  They have prooved quite reputable.  This is the first time they have been really really late and usualy there is a backlog around christmas time.  From what I am reading they are redoing the whole website too.  So I belive it when they say they are backed up.  It will come in time.


    I would wait for them to respond.    I have been waiting since November 2018 actualy.  My order number is 181128100196238210

    My order has shipped and I also received a reply for the message I left on the new website

    I think they are stabilized.

    there may still be a slight backlog from Chinese New Year holidays, in both order processing and tickets, to those who have outstanding orders/tickets give it a few more days, if nothing post your order/ticket number here on forum

    ps my last order from Jan this year was in shipment processing for 1 month and then was fully shipped, don't worry, it might take a while for processing but it will eventually get shipped

    If any of you get your parcels post it here.  I would like to know.

    It is tough to get any info out of this system right now.


    I have no Idea if they are out of stock or if there is just a shipping backlog.
