3.5 months - still no package and now ticket gone?

    I ordered a pair of earphones on October 22 of 2018, order number 181022001099879199, 3.5 months later I still have no package. I opened a ticket with the support after FB replies gone silent, and I had this link provided for ticket tracking and dialogue https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Reply/D87D3BDA86B840578558BC5F8D706B32. Currently - still no item in my hands, post office never heard of it, and I'm getting HTTP 500 error when I try to visit the link, so it seems my ticket got deleted. Great. Can any moderator get this through and finally get me my refund?
