DX não envia produtos e não responde mensagens

    (PT-BR) Tem alguma coisa de errado acontecendo com essa empresa? Porque eu tenho ordens de 10/01/2019 (190110100184728883), 13/01/2019 (190113100162866383) e 22/01/2019 (190122100197282088) que eu comprei sob a promessa de serem enviadas em no máximo 10 dias depois da compra, mas que até hoje não foram enviadas.
    E tem mais, estou há vários dias mandando uma mensagem por dia para ver se recebo pelo menos um "Oi" e nada acontece.
    Isso é uma tramenda falta de consideração com os consumidores e também de profissionalismo.

    Aí eu pergunto, o que há de errado por aqui?

    (PT-BR) Atualização/Feedback:

    Para a ordem 190113100162866383
    (10/Jan/2019) me enviaram uma mensagem dia 19/Fev/2019 oferecendo as
    seguintes opções: Esperar mais 5-7 dias; Reembolso; Crédito na loja.
    Respondi no mesmo dia pedindo o reembolso e no dia 25/Fev/2019 a ordem
    foi fechada com previsão de reembolso para 7-15 dias úteis.


    Para
    as demais ordens (13/01/2019 (190113100162866383) e 22/01/2019
    (190122100197282088)), me enviaram mensagens dia 22/Fev/2019, uma com
    desculpa pelo atraso e na outra pedindo para encurtar o meu nome para no
    máximo 30 caracteres. Em ambas respondi pedindo o reembolso. Vamos ver o
    que acontece a seguir.


    (ENG-Google) Update / Feedback:

    For
    the order 190113100162866383 (10 / Jan / 2019) they sent me a message
    on 19 / Feb / 2019 offering the following options: Expect more 5-7 days;
    Refund; Credit at the store. I replied on the same day asking for the
    refund and on February 25, 2019 the order was closed with a refund
    forecast for 7-15 business days.


    For the other orders
    (13 / Jan / 2019 (190113100162866383) and Jan 22, 2019
    (190122100197282088)), they sent me messages on February 22, 2019, one
    apologizing for the delay and the other asking me to shorten my name to
    maximum of 30 characters. In both I answered asking for the refund.
    Let's see what happens next.
