    190108100180505245,if possible, could you please first check with your local post office to see if there are any packages waiting for you to pick up andplease let us know?

    was at the post office to pick up 190124100159010242, and asked about 190108100180505245. still have not arrived. please check for delivery and ask supplier to re-send. thanks

    i checked with the post office and my mailman on Saturday, February 23, 2019 and the package order # 190108100180505245 was not there. please refund or re-send again.

    sorry but  i have to ask PayPal to get involved for both unreceived item and the defective item. as i should not have to replace a defective battery on my own. you should have replaced or refunded me the defective merchandise. and the order that is still untrackable since January 17, shipped January 13th? 

    doubt this was going to be resolved by you DX, or the supplier. so, PayPal will be my only resort!
