I´ve not received the product yet. Three months.

    On 11/25/2018 I paid the purchase order N ° 181123001045340360. Today 02/15/2019, I have not received the products yet. I would appreciate if you return the money or return to make the shipment by some more secure method.

     I have ask our CS to open a new ticket for your issue, please check your mail box and reply the ticket, she will follow it up.
