package sent to wrong country HELP

    my order 181201100168874388 has been sent to the wrong country and i
    just dont know what i can do to possibly get it resent to my country
    because i was unable to reach support.

    If you know that because of the tracking info, check the shipping address on the order is correct. If it is, then wait. The post office in the wrong country will send it to the post office in the right country. Sometimes packages get sent to the wrong country by mistake, but more often it's because a shipping company from that country has the package.

    hello alisa-deng i have been down at my post office and there was no package of the items that i have ordered

    and the tracking says the order was undelivered

    For a long time DX has not been updating order details or notifying customers when an order is returned to DX by Chinese customs. The returned package apparently just sits at DX until the customer gets tired of nothing happening and asks where their order is.


    It seems that nothing has changed except DX has got even worse at responding. It now takes a month for a ticket response instead of a maximum of two days.
