    Hello @Alisa-Deng,

    My account has little over 62 dx points. The new web page does not show my points at all.

    I can click the "historical points" and see the points there but the redeem does not work.


    So my question is how do I get to use my dx points?

    I saw that some users have created new user and requested to send the old points to the new user, do you recommend that?

    If you want to use the DX points in your old station, you could tell me the SKU you want here, and we could help you create a new order to send you items. Please notw that 10 DX points are equal with 1 dollar.

    I would like to use my points to purchase Cable Winder SKU:505329

    I see that the historical points sections shows 62,72 so it should be sufficient.
