Not possible to contact you!!!

    Not possible to contact you on https://home.dx.com/orders since you have changed your system, and no possible to create a new ticket or RMA for order no: 181112001033324169 and
    see ticket a4edad882ae4459f8e6af64af8faa301 for refund but not recived the money.

    Please refund the money back to my credit card, since I have not got my parcel, the parcel was resend back to you from the airport.
    I have tried to contact you a many times now but don't get any feedback.
    I have not got my money back on my credit card.
    You shall pay back 45,52 USD on my creditcard.
