DX not answering my messages.

    Please I need an answer, you are not sending the order 190201100117952600, I have sent you 4 messages and I keep waiting !!!!!


    Please refund the money back to my credit card, since I have not got my parcel, the parcel was resend back to you from the airport.

    I have tried to contact you a many times now but don't get any feedback.
    I have not got my money back on my credit card.

    You are not alone.


    Ordered a list of items in
    January.  Just a few days ago 1 of the items was received, about 3
    months after payment, and damaged.  All other items are still in
    "Shipment Processing" mode.  In those months I sent multiple message's
    about when they will be shipped but all answers are cut'n'pasted "wait
    some more or cancel the order".


    Cancel the order...
    wishful thinking.  There's no option to do that.  Also no options to
    contact customer service and even a dispute can't be started.


    I
    suppose I've no other choice then taking legal actions to get my money
    back because the items will likely never be shipped to me.
