Missing items from an order

  • bridgemux Sunday, April 7, 2019 1:07 AM Reply

I was missing a number of items from an order.  Followed the instructions and use the 'Contact Now' on the order page.  No one has responded to my messages.

I would like this resolved, how do I notify someone that I'm missing items?

    My order # 190211100148089923

Are they really missing or have they just been shipped in another package?

That’s entirely possible but the shipping information shows all the items in one package under one tracking number.

I personally don’t trust the information under new system.  I like the old ticket system.

\I haven’t received any response from the new system so I can only go on
what’s on the order details tab.  It would be great if someone told me
    there was two packages.
