Shipment processing for 16+ days now

    Dear DX,

    About order number: 190322100134160142.

    This order is in Status: "Shipment Processing" for more than 16 days already.

    I've left two messages in the order page, but I am not getting any reply.


    The product page of the ordered product says: "Free Shipping In 24 Hrs".


    Why is this order still not being sent to me?

    Now, I can happily say I received this order.


    Unfortunately there is a problem with the product. The Lipo batteries I ordered arrived damaged and undercharged.


    The "After sale" button did not work, so I placed a message in "Leave a message for the seller", but there is no response yet.

    Could you help me?
