Points redeeem not received

    Hi


    I try to use my DX points.

    I did a request long time ago, and I made an order after that, to redeem points because I read this:


    Please note:

    1.Limited quantities available.

    2. Please enter an unshipped order number to qualify.

    3. Any questions, please feel free to contact our Help Center
