My order is not recognized by the service tracker

    Even after 4 days my order is untrackble by 17track or the service mail of Brazil.

    Someone can help me?

    Until this time it's at the same status: "Full Shipped"

    But not recognized by the service post.

    I finally understood my order shipment:


    When the track code of products sent to Brazil initiates with "LX" and ends with "BR" means that the

    track code only works when the package arrives in Brazil.
