Points redeeem not received

    I try to use my DX points.

    I did a request a long time ago, and I made an order after that, to redeem points because I read this:

    Please note:

    1.Limited quantities are available.

    2. Please enter an unshipped order number to qualify.

    3. Any questions, please feel free to contact our Help Center

    The order was


    but I had an answer in

    About was a holiday in your country. After that, I haven`t any information about it.

    I tried to write a lot of support tickets but I hadn`t responded.

    I want to have these items.

    I never received the items associated with the order 180930001074958438 or wasn't send to me.

    I only receibed the magnets.

    You can check this


    Could you resend me these items or recharge my account with the 258 points that it`s cost me?
