Cannot log into my account

    Anyone else having the problem of not being able to access your account? I know my password and it keeps saying its incorrect. I have used the "forgot my password" and changed it. I get the message that it was a "sucsess" and then when i go to log in, it says incorrect password. I cant even log into  send a message to customer service...

    first make sure you are not logged in as another user(it happens!) or just delete the cache/cookies data, then try again, make sure you are logging in only with the page starting with HTTPS, or try another browser
