Delay in Order

    Order number 190430100139790869, made 2019-04-30, payment confirmed 2019-05-02.

    And still in the same status: Shipment Processing.

    The Delivery Time was supposed to be: 7-18 days, yet, it hasn't been sent till now.


    I'm trying to open a Dispute or Cancel my order but those option seems to be inexistant

     Hi, @Prexige, please don't worry, I have contacted my customer service  representative colleague to handle your order, she'll leave you message on your order interface as soon as possible.  Sometimes delays are usually caused by a backlog of packages, your purchase with DX is guaranteed.

    Company thieves this DX, your money was already buddy, they'll wrap you up for many months until you give up your money.

    Indeed Breninho, after this post the order 190430100139790869 simply disappeared from my Orders List. It's not even listed in the Old Ones. The funny stuff is that I can still track it down at the "Track Order" menu, but the product doens't exists anymore neither the seller.

    And since my order don't exist, I can't open a dispute or anything like that. Good job DX, really good job.
