Unreliable and no customer service

    I shipment was done on 25 Feb and I am still waiting for my order after 3 months with multiple communications.

    SuperSave shipment is clearly showing on the order page: 7-10days and they ask me to wait for 8 weeks but my order is still not showing up after that time frame. Now they check this package via offline methods.

    My question is if they able to check the package via offline why they have to wait for 3 months?

    Can do it a bit earlier?

    I left a message on 22nd May, nobody is answering it.

    Wait and to see what's going to happing in this space.

    October was when I placed my last order. 


    1/2 Ok

    1/4 damaged

    1/4 never arrived


    since. Nothing, ingenting, Nada, Nichts, .......absolutely nothing


    aplogies once in a while.

    THIS IS JUST INSULTING. I'm so screaming at you for such incompetence. Actually asking me when you have access to EVERYTHING. So for the 25x time: 181025001013333269 which also happens to be the last order in YOUR SYSTEM


    as you seem to be totally and utterly unable to look at 1) my account 2) my orders 3) my messages I enclose the nicest text from some of the messages that you NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER read or respond or better react to:

    send me again all the items I have paid for.


    and if this is too difficult 


    1) resign for being insulting to a repeat customer

    2) GIVE ME A 2000% refund

    3) an apology

    4) Confirm to me that a FORMAL compalint has been recorded in your system and that within 48 hours I'll be give a 2000000000% refund of any invoice I've ever placed with DX, an unconditional apology. O year. That you no longer work here and have stopped asking absolutely stupid questions.
