haven't received my order

    On 24/09/2018, I made an order to buy 4 items. Order Number: 180924001067574316. 

    So far, 2 items weren’t delivered yet: SKU # 471696 (Bag) and SKU # 327303 (Watch).

    The item SKU # 571467 (Lightsabers) was delivered spoiled, probably it was bended during shipping.

    I would like to keep buying from DX.com, but only after I get my orders delivered properly.

    I hope you can solve the problems I reported and hope to continue a positive relationship with your Company.

    I think DX is X


    They have completely lost the plot. 


    They do not respond


    apologyse again and again and again and again. 

    Their incompetense is frightning. 

    I keep asking for some sign of life but quite frankly this may be a 2-3 person company but poor management (ha), poor stock control, poor cash flow. And certainly absolutely no understanding of customer service.

    My order was from OCTOBER 2018


    about 1/2 OK

    1/4 broken

    1/4 never arrived. 


    since then 

    apologies

    no refund

    no explanation

    no replacements


    NOTHING

    N O T H I N G


    NO REPONSE

    I placed order on april 10. but still haven't received items.

    Write several notices to DX, but no response.

    That was absolutely last purchase from this scummers!!!!

    New customers, be aware of them!
